An aftermovie for the fifth edition of DNCE, one of the most prestigious dance competitions in Barcelona, this project was designed to capture the essence, energy, and passion that defined this unique event. My role included both filming and editing, condensing the highlights of an intense day of dance into just a few minutes.
The video aimed to showcase the talent of the participants, the excitement of the competitions, and the vibrant atmosphere that defines DNCE, successfully conveying the full scope of the event through a dynamic and visually striking narrative.
The result exceeded all expectations: event organizer Ylenia García described it as the best aftermovie of all editions. The video also received an exceptional response on the event’s social media channels, generating a positive impact that further helped consolidate DNCE’s relevance in the dance scene.
